My work researches how form, movement and mood arise out of colour itself.  It has been largely influenced by the indications of Rudolf Steiner.  He unveiled secrets of colour through his study of Goethe’s theory of colour and his own research on the subject.  He leads us through:

• Creation of colour out of light and darkness

• The phenomenon of the rainbow

• Movement  of colour

• Complimentary colours

• The use of liquid colours in painting

• Veiling techniques, etc

His lectures are a never-ending source of inspiration for the student of painting.  Total objectivity and involvement of the soul are called for in working in the world of colour.
